Zencore engaged with Sauce Labs on a project to modernize their application and migrate from their data centers to Google Cloud. Zencore provided the cloud foundation templates, a new proposed architecture and a migration plan.

Project Challenges

The challenge for Sauce was they were resource constrained and had limited experience with GCP. They had outgrown their current architecture and required a proposal to help modernize their application and migrate to Google Cloud.
